This five-story brick and beam building has undergone a complete retrofit. All exposed brick and timber surfaces were sandblasted, and hardwood floors restored. A new passenger elevator was installed to complement an existing passenger elevator. An energy efficient heat pump HVAC system gives Tenants control over their own internal climate. New thermal windows feature casements that open. High speed internet connectivity is available from many providers.
